brown corduroy teddy bear

HI! I took a pair of nice brown corduroy jeans that were no longer wanted and made 1) a teddy bear and 2) a jean skirt. Very little waste.

The bear was made with a McCalls Craft pattern, M6188 and the skirt, after examining several sites, was made of my own volition.

I embroidered the eyes, nose and mouth on the bear in case a youngster played with him. Click the pictures in the gallery for a full view.

  1. I’d say! Very little left for the ‘birds’ as Grandma Lehman would have shared, what a ‘green’ way to reuse and repurpose (plus fond memories when enjoying both the new teddy bear and the skirt!)
